수집 항목과 목적 / Data and Purpose
로그인 시 제공되는 계정 식별 정보와 표시 이름, 구독·결제 식별자와 상태, 결제 금액·일시, 이용자가 저장한 이미지와 디자인, 저장 용량 및 처리 오류 기록을 계정·과금·작업 복원·보안·고객지원 목적으로 처리합니다. 카드번호와 PayPal 비밀번호는 VisualPort가 수집하지 않습니다.
We process login identifiers and display names, subscription/payment IDs and status, payment amounts and timestamps, projects and images you choose to save, storage usage and error records to provide accounts, billing, project restoration, security and support. VisualPort does not collect card numbers or PayPal passwords.
브라우저 처리와 외부 제공자 / Browser Processing and Providers
일반 이미지 편집과 누끼는 브라우저에서 처리됩니다. 클라우드 저장을 선택한 이미지·디자인은 Sites의 Cloudflare 기반 저장소로 전송됩니다. 계정 로그인은 OpenAI/ChatGPT, 결제는 PayPal이 처리합니다. 자동 번역을 실행하면 제목·보조 문구 또는 직접 입력한 카다로그 설명·사양 문구가 MyMemory로 전송됩니다. Pro 문서 분석을 선택하면 첨부 문서·사양 이미지·상품 사진과 요청 내용을 외부 자동 분석 처리업체에 전달합니다. 문구 제안을 요청하면 주제와 문구가, 정밀 평가를 선택하면 선택한 썸네일 이미지·제목·보조 문구와 필요한 레이어 배치 정보가 제안·평가·수정안 생성을 위해 외부 자동 분석 처리업체로 전송됩니다. 외부 서비스의 처리 장소와 정책은 해당 제공자의 정책을 따르며 국가 외 처리가 포함될 수 있습니다. AI 이미지 생성을 선택하면 요청문과 선택한 참고 사진이 Higgsfield Cloud API로 전송됩니다. ChatGPT 플러그인 연결과는 별개이며 Higgsfield의 정책이 적용됩니다. 정밀 누끼·썸네일 API 입력은 당사의 별도 처리 서버로 전달됩니다. 외부 처리에 보내는 자료에 대한 업로드 권한이 필요합니다.
Ordinary editing and cutout processing run in the browser. Projects you choose to save are transmitted to the Sites service's Cloudflare-backed storage. OpenAI/ChatGPT provides sign-in and PayPal processes payments. Automatic translation sends titles, subtitles, or entered catalog descriptions and specification text to MyMemory. Pro document analysis sends attached documents, specification images, product photos and your brief to the external analysis processor. Copy suggestions send the topic and text, while precision evaluation sends the selected thumbnail, title, subtitle, and necessary layer-layout data to an external automated-analysis processor solely to produce suggestions, evaluations, and revisions. Provider policies govern processing locations, which may include other countries. Selecting AI generation sends your prompt and optional reference image to Higgsfield Cloud API, separately from the ChatGPT plugin, under Higgsfield policies. Precision cutout and thumbnail API inputs are transmitted to our processing server. You must have rights to upload material sent for external processing.

보상 링크를 생성하면 계정에 고유 추천 ID가 연결됩니다. 유효한 링크를 통해 방문한 뒤 로그인하면 최초 추천 ID, 계정 식별자와 연결일시를 추천 실적 확인에 사용합니다. 추천인에게는 연결 계정 수와 확인된 유료 구독자 합계만 표시하고 개별 방문자의 신원과 결제 내역은 제공하지 않습니다. 로그인 전 추천 ID는 브라우저 세션에 최대 24시간 임시 보관하며 익명 방문 수는 서버에 누적하지 않습니다. 링크 생성과 집계만으로 할인이나 보상이 지급되지 않습니다. 추천 연결 정보의 확인·정정·삭제는 sales@ppv.kr로 요청할 수 있습니다.
Creating a reward link associates a unique referral ID with your account. After a valid referral visit and sign-in, we use the first referral ID, account identifier and link timestamp to review referral activity. Referrers see only aggregate linked-account and verified paid-customer counts, not visitor identities or individual payment records. Before sign-in, the ID is kept as a browser-session draft for up to 24 hours; anonymous visit counts are not accumulated on the server. Link creation and tracking do not themselves grant discounts or rewards. Contact sales@ppv.kr to review, correct or delete referral information.
생성 자료와 API 키 / Generated Media and API Keys
생성 요청문·상태·사용량과 결과를 계정별로 보관합니다. 결과는 30일 후 접근이 차단되고 다음 정리 작업에서 삭제되며, 중복 요청 방지·사용량·분쟁 대응에 필요한 기록은 별도로 보관합니다. 처리 서버의 입력은 처리 직후 삭제하며 장애 시 최대 24시간, 출력은 최대 24시간 임시 보관합니다. Higgsfield에 전달된 자료의 보관은 해당 제공자 정책에 따릅니다. API 키는 해시와 식별용 앞부분만 저장하며 키 관리 화면에서 즉시 폐기할 수 있습니다. 생성 결과의 조기 삭제는 고객지원으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
We store account-scoped prompts, job status, usage and outputs. Output access ends after 30 days and files are removed by subsequent cleanup; records needed for deduplication, usage and disputes are retained separately. Processor inputs are deleted after processing, or within 24 hours following a failure; processor outputs are temporary for up to 24 hours. Higgsfield retention follows its own policies. API keys are stored only as hashes and identifying prefixes and can be revoked immediately. Contact support for early deletion of generated files.
개인 이미지 자산함 / Personal Image Assets
Pro의 개인 자산함은 프로젝트와 총 5GB를 공유합니다. 업로드 시 자산함 저장 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다. 현재 자산 관리에서는 숨김·숨김 해제를 제공하며 숨김은 파일 삭제나 용량 반환이 아닙니다. 연결된 프로젝트와 평가 기록의 이미지 보존을 위해 프로젝트를 삭제해도 원본 자산은 유지합니다. 자산 삭제·개인정보 삭제 요청은 고객지원에서 연결 관계를 확인해 처리합니다.
Pro personal assets share the 5GB allowance with projects. You can choose whether to save an uploaded image in the asset library. Current asset management supports hide/unhide; hiding neither deletes a file nor frees storage. Deleting a project retains source assets to preserve other linked projects and evaluation history. Contact support for asset or personal-data deletion; linked usage will be reviewed.
보관과 삭제 / Retention and Deletion
저장된 작업은 이용자가 삭제하거나 고객지원에 삭제를 요청할 때까지 보관합니다. 유료 기간 종료 후 새 저장은 제한되고 읽기·다운로드 유예는 30일입니다. 작업 삭제 기능은 구독 여부와 관계없이 사용할 수 있습니다. 결제·거래 기록은 법적 의무와 분쟁 처리에 필요한 기간 동안 별도로 보관하며 삭제 요청 시 보존 사유와 범위를 안내합니다. 로컬 브라우저에는 수동 이미지 도구의 최근 작업 기록이 저장될 수 있으며 브라우저 사이트 데이터 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다.
Stored projects remain until you delete them or request deletion. New saves stop after paid access expires; read/download access has a 30-day grace period. Project deletion is available regardless of subscription. Transaction records are retained separately where needed for legal obligations or disputes; we explain any retention exception when handling your request. Manual image-tool history may be stored locally and can be removed by clearing browser site data.

계정 데이터의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 및 동의 관련 문의는 고객지원으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 처리하며 법적 보존 의무가 있는 항목은 설명을 제공합니다. 사진 속 다른 사람의 권리와 업로드 권한은 이용자가 확인해야 합니다.
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent-related assistance. We verify identity and explain applicable legal retention requirements. You are responsible for having appropriate permission for uploaded material and other people shown in photos.
