첫 결제 7일 전액 환불 / Seven-Day First-Payment Refund

첫 구독 결제 후 7일 이내 sales@ppv.kr로 요청하면 첫 결제 금액을 전액 환불합니다. 계정 식별 정보와 PayPal 결제 번호를 보내 주세요. 카드번호나 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.

Request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven days by emailing sales@ppv.kr with your account identification and PayPal transaction ID. Never send card numbers or passwords.

크레딧 구매 환불 / Credit Purchase Refunds

구매 크레딧을 사용하지 않았다면 결제 후 7일 이내 sales@ppv.kr로 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 일부 사용, 중복·오류 청구 또는 서비스 장애는 고객지원에서 확인합니다. 환불된 구매분은 잔액에서 제외합니다. 법령상 환불 권리가 우선합니다.

If purchased credits have not been used, request a full refund within seven days at sales@ppv.kr. Contact support to review partial use, duplicate or incorrect charges, or service failures. Refunded purchases are removed from the credit balance. Mandatory refund rights take precedence.

갱신·중복·오류 결제 / Renewals and Billing Errors

자동 갱신은 내 작업에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 갱신 결제는 사용 전 또는 서비스 장애·청구 오류가 있는 경우 고객지원에 검토를 요청해 주세요. 확인된 중복 또는 오류 결제는 전액 환불합니다. 법령이 보장하는 청약 철회·환불 권리는 우선 적용됩니다.

Cancel future renewals at any time in My Projects. Contact support about an unused renewal, service failure or billing error. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights take precedence.

처리와 자료 / Processing and Stored Work

요청 접수 후 영업일 3일 이내 회신을 목표로 합니다. 승인된 환불은 원결제 수단으로 처리하며 실제 반영 시점은 PayPal·카드사에 따라 달라집니다. 환불 시 해당 유료 권한이 중단될 수 있으므로 필요한 파일은 미리 내려받아 주세요. 환불 요청과 자동 갱신 해지는 별도로 처리됩니다.

We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; posting times depend on PayPal and your card provider. Refunded paid access may be suspended, so export needed files beforehand. Refund requests and cancellation of future renewals are separate actions.
